How can we help?
Answers to the questions we're asked most: the practice, Premium, your data, and the occasional thing that misbehaves. If you can't find it here, write to us. A real person replies.

The practice
Do I have to write at set times of day?
No, and this is the part people worry about most. The three rituals unlock through the day: 3 in the morning (Energy), 6 in the afternoon (Frequency), 9 in the evening (Vibration). But once a ritual has opened, it stays open.
So if life happens and you reach 9pm with nothing written, you can still complete all three before midnight and keep your day. The rhythm is an invitation, not a cage.
I missed a day. Have I lost my streak?
Your streak counts consecutive days where you completed all three rituals, so yes, a missed day resets the number. But nothing you wrote is ever deleted. Your intentions, your entries and your Evidence Journal all stay exactly where they are.
A reset streak isn't a failure. The practice is the point, not the scoreboard. Begin again today.
Which cycle length should I choose?
If it's your first, choose 3 days. It's short enough to finish, and finishing is what builds the habit. From there, 7, 14 and 21 days are all available free.
Premium adds the longer journeys, 28 and 33 days, for when the practice has become something you keep rather than something you're trying.
Can I change my intention part-way through a cycle?
You can start a new intention whenever you like. Changing it does begin a fresh cycle, though, because the method's power comes from repetition of the same words.
Our honest advice: if the wording feels slightly off but the desire is right, sit with it for a few more days before changing. Most intentions feel awkward on day two and inevitable by day six.
What's the breath ceremony before writing?
A short guided breath in a 6·3·9 rhythm: inhale for 6, hold for 3, exhale for 9. It takes under a minute.
It exists for one reason: writing your intention while your mind is still in your inbox does very little. The breath draws a line between the day and the ritual, so the words land somewhere.
Premium & billing
What's included in Premium?
Premium opens the full depth of the practice:
- The 28 and 33-day journeys
- Meditation sessions beyond five minutes
- The complete visualisation library
- Unlimited vision-board images
- Your full archive of past intentions
- Solfeggio frequencies during rituals and meditation
The daily 3·6·9 ritual itself, the heart of the app, is free, always.
What does it cost, and how does renewal work?
369 Rituals Premium is an annual subscription at £34.99 per year (shown in your local currency on the App Store).
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically each year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can manage or cancel it any time in your iPhone Settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple rather than inside the app, so cancelling happens in your iPhone's Settings:
Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → 369 Rituals → Cancel Subscription
You'll keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for; cancelling doesn't cut it off immediately. Nothing you've written is affected.
I paid, but Premium isn't unlocked
Almost always this is a new phone, a reinstall, or a different Apple Account. Restoring takes a moment:
Open 369 Rituals → Settings → Restore Purchases
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you originally purchased with, since that's the usual culprit. If it still won't unlock, email us and we'll sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us; we have no access to your payment details. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using your Apple Account.
If something about the app pushed you to ask, we'd genuinely like to hear why. Tell us and we'll try to fix it.
Your words & your data
Where is everything I write stored?
On your iPhone. Only your iPhone.
There's no account, no sign-in, and nothing is uploaded to a server, because your intentions are nobody else's business. 369 Rituals collects no data at all; you'll see "Data Not Collected" on our App Store listing, and we intend to keep it that way.
I'm getting a new iPhone. Will my practice come with me?
Yes, if you move across with an iPhone backup. Your entries are included in your iCloud Backup (or an encrypted computer backup), so restoring that backup onto the new phone brings your intentions, streaks and Evidence Journal with it.
One honest caveat: because there's no account and no cloud sync, the app doesn't sync live between devices, and deleting the app deletes your entries. That's the trade-off that comes with keeping everything on-device. If a cycle matters to you, make sure your iPhone backup is switched on.
How do I erase everything?
There's a single control that clears every intention, ritual and reflection:
Open 369 Rituals → Settings → Reset Journey
It asks you to confirm first, because it cannot be undone, and there's no copy on a server for us to restore from. Deleting the app removes everything too.
Sound & frequencies
What are the Solfeggio frequencies?
Three tones, 432 Hz, 528 Hz and 963 Hz, generated live and played quietly beneath your rituals and meditation sessions. They're part of Premium.
They're offered as an atmosphere for focus, and nothing more. We make no health claims about them.
Why does it suggest headphones?
Because a phone speaker physically can't reproduce a low, pure tone; the driver is too small. Through the speaker, 432 Hz mostly disappears; through headphones you actually feel it.
Any headphones will do. It's the one place in the app where the hardware genuinely changes the experience.
Can I turn the sounds off?
Yes, all of it is optional. In Settings you can switch Sound off entirely, or turn off just the Meditation Chime (the bell at the start and end of a session) while keeping everything else.
When something misbehaves
My daily reminders aren't arriving
Two places to check, in this order:
- In 369 Rituals: Settings → Daily Reminders → confirm Enable Reminders is on and your times are saved.
- In iPhone Settings: Notifications → 369 Rituals → make sure Allow Notifications is on.
Also worth ruling out: Focus modes and Scheduled Summary will happily hold notifications back without telling you.
I can't hear the tones or the chime
Check the Ring/Silent switch on the side of your iPhone first; it catches almost everyone. Then confirm Sound is enabled in the app's Settings, and that your volume is up while the ritual is actually playing.
If you're on a speaker rather than headphones, the Solfeggio tones will be very faint by nature; that's physics, not a bug.
Something's broken, or the app closed unexpectedly
Try the ordinary remedies first: close and reopen the app, then restart your iPhone, then check for an update in the App Store. That clears the large majority of one-off oddities.
If it persists, please tell us. Bugs we hear about get fixed; bugs we don't, don't. The details listed at the bottom of this page help enormously.
